Benjamin was the gentleman that was helping me and my partner out with our reservation. He was so kind and very accommodating as we had issues with our reservation time. We had booked and cancelled this jet skiing experience multiple times due to scheduling conflicts, and we actually ended up missing the time slot that we had finally booked for the jet skiing. Benjamin was extremely flexible and helpful in allowing my partner and I to still maintain our reservation as long as we arrived before 4pm. Benjamin was extremely kind and very helpful in working with us to keep our reservation, and the jet skis were in great condition! It was an amazing experience with the kindest staff / support and I would love to go back and do it all over again. Highly recommend to anyone considering this activity!
