This Tapas cooking class was fantastic! We had a vegetarian in our group and our instructor made sure to provide her with alternative options. He really went above and beyond to accommodate this dietary restriction which made our experience delightful. The meat eaters were still able to prepare separate meat tapas recipes so it was the best of both worlds. We learned a lot but in a fun and friendly environment so the hours flew by! The only tip we would give is Google Maps had some difficulty in the area if you are using the walking map so give yourself some extra time if you are not familiar with the location.

This class was so fun. Family trip with 2 teenagers. They enjoyed it and we enjoyed it! Going to the market was so informative. Highly recommend this early in your trip to get a good understanding of the local cuisine. Eduwardo was so fun and helpful and all of our food was a delicious end result!
