Overall we chose the more expensive tour because it appeared to include more and we received nothing. Glass bottom boat was really for families…No snorkeling, no drinks and no getting in the water. Most time spent traveling to Key west…Guide was kind of rude as well…Choose a different excursion.

The bus ride was informative and safe. Our time in the keys was fun. Wish the glassbottom boat would have gone to the reef.

Other than the bus being extremely hot great experience. The guides are prompt about pickup and drop off. And planning the activities was very easy. Would still recommend

The Key West Tour was very well done, and I highly recommend it.

First of all, I had missed the bus and called Viator to reschedule. Viator was extremely helpful with this. They helped me to get in contact with James from Grayline. He was wonderful and very professional. I know I was kinda annoying, but his professionalism and friendliness calmed me down and reassumed me. He immediately made alternate arrangements and rescheduled my reservation. James' excellent customer service skills and patience made all the difference in the world. I highly recommend the Key West Day Tour. The bus driver was excellent. Our tour guide, Orlando, was outstanding. He went above and beyond for all of us, as a tour guide. I felt very fortunate in working with these men. They both played a key role in my having a great touring experience. As far as the tour itself, I chose the the Conche Train Tour and the Trolley Tour. With the six hours I had free to tour, I wanted a thorough overview of Key West, and these tours did just that for me; plus, I had time to leisurely eat and have delicious mixed drinks at the end of both tours. Denver Dan was the tour guide and diver of the Conche Train, and he was great. His knowledge and humor, even though it rained, really made the tour enjoyable. He took good care of our group and made sure we had a good time. Rob was our driver and tour guide of the trolley. He too was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable of all of the points of interest. All of the vendors I encountered were very pleasant and welcoming. I cannot say enough good things about these tours. Oh, by the way, I went on these tours as a single woman. I had a great time.

The trip was fun but the bus was terrible. Seats were broken, USB ports didn’t work, no working restroom, just an uncomfortable ride. However, from my understanding some of the other buses were great. It was a great day trip though.

Key West experience was great! Trip there and back was horrible!!!

While the actual visit within Key West was very delightful, fun and hot (nothing we can do ab the heat) we went parasailing, which was really fun, ate some really good food at stinkin crawfish (check them out, you will not be disappointed), and Fat Tuesday’s never let us down with their drinks….however… the actual trip with the gray line bus was absolutely horrific, where do I start? 1-The bus was old and very uncomfortable. 2-The AC went out half through the trip! And it was hotter than a crackheads crack pipe! 3-The Bathroom! OMG!!! The bathroom was extremely disgusting!!! It’s was the worst! The smell of urine and poop! A tiny little 4” hole maybe to do all your business! 4- Back to the bathroom! No tissue! No water! No hand sanitizer! No sink! NO NOTHING! For a trip that’s expected to last 4+ hours each way, at minimum, they should have made sure the facilities were clean! And had some type of disinfectant! Some type of way to clean yourself and your hands! Luckily as a man! I was able to go number 1! But for my wife, who didn’t even use the bathroom based on my warnings! She held herself until we made one stop 2 hours later! 5-after the trip, on our way back from Key west, we were told no stops were going to be made, straight shot to Miami, which I already knew prior to the trip, however, given the circumstances, they could’ve made at least one restroom break, knowing the restrooms were trash! 6-How do I know, that they knew the restrooms were trash you say? I’ll tell you how I knew, because as we got closer to Miami, they had the nerve to announce over the loud speakers, that “the AC and the Restroom had nothing to do with them, and that they did their jobs, and got us to and from key west! Now please leave us a Tip as you exit, we appreciate it greatly!!!” Like are you kidding me!? You held us hostage in a ammonia filled, poop rotten tin can, with no AC! Didn’t think it would be a good idea to at least make one stop for restrooms break! I say if you can find other means of traveling to Key West please do so, or at least for gray lines to upgrade their buses! That trip in itself was completely unacceptable, and I didn’t even mentioned the other guests because that has nothing to do with the company! But people was smoking in the restroom, well not people, this one lady who was giving them problems all trip long, she looked strung out! People right next to us was talking so loud I couldn’t sleep, and heard their entire life story! Also, these people charge $112 a person, quick simple math, they had at least 60 people on the bus, they made at least $6700, plus the extras (activities and such), they could have spent maybe $30 on a cooler, Costco has those 80 count tiny water bottles for $2.99 x2, how much is ice? $5!? They could have spent less than $50 offered some water, and if they really was in this business for the service and experience that people receive, they could have spent an extra $10 maybe at that same Costco and maybe handed out some tiny snacks! But instead, they are here for the money, and money only not your pleasure!
