I was told there would be entertainment for my 3 year old and there was zero entertainment. They didn’t even have “pirates” on board. Was extremely boring and dirty. My son was crying to get off.

We had a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly. I only wish that they would incorporate more info/history about the pirate ship. The theme and the tour didn't match. It was more leaning towards the famous houses and who owned them. Other than that, a nice day on the water with good music.

The exchange of the vouchers for tickets was very easy. The tour itself is just a harbor tour explaining all mansion of famous people on the different islands. The only pirate thing is the look of the boat and the tour guide.There was no looking for dolphins, manta rays, sea turtles, manatees along the way. The tour guide asks very aggressive for tip.

This is the worst tour EVER. First we were told that they couldn't find our reservation. Then we were told, there was no pirate boats available at the time slot we booked. We were completed LOST and puzzled. We showed the receipts and everything but apparently they didn't care. Half hour later, while trying to figure out what happened... we saw a Pirate boat loading tourist right in front of our eyes. Magically there were seats for all 4 of us. But the tour itself was just super disappointing in many ways. We used Viator twice so far, and both tours have been disappointing.
