Fantastic evening of fun and cooking with Aurora. She was so enthusiastic and loved to share her cooking secrets. The food was delicious as we made spinach/ricotta ravioli, fettuccine with bolognese sauce, veal osso buco and cannoli. Can't wait to try all this at home!

Such a fun experience! We thoroughly enjoyed spending the evening with Aurora. Aurora provided great communication in advance of our dinner cooking class. She was well prepared for us. Cooking, learning and dining with her was a very positive experience. She is quite personable and she provided a comfortable environment for our evening together. We highly recommend this experience.

Aurora's communication leading up to the lesson was excellent as she was frequently in touch. The cooking class was run at her house by her and her daughter, which meant the teacher to student ratio was very high. The dishes we selected to cook were very tasty, and we had a lot of fun in the kitchen. Aurora's house was easy to find and had a lovely atmosphere.

Aurora is great! Very practical session, which is exactly what I was looking for. Was part of a fun Group, which made the experience all the more memorable. Just on recommendation: for a beginner like myself, i would like more precise guidance on how to get the dish right (number of minutes on the stove or what consistency is the right one); as a beginner i am still unable to evaluate the preparedness of the ingredients myself.

We were a group of 10 people who worked with Aurora on a great meal! We scheduled with her for a team building dinner and it was worth every penny! We all learned so much and laughed the entire time. The pasta was unanimously voted the best weve ever had, the prosecco and wine helped us stay focused haha! and from beginning to end we thoroughly enjoyed this workshop and would recommend it to anyone in Milan. We made 4 courses Tagliatelle with Bolognese, spinach ricotta raviolis, lamb, courgette flower fritters, and tiramisu. With 10 people we each had a task, every made their own pasta, and we all contributed to a wonderful evening that left us full and more bonded. Thank you to Aurora and Claudio for welcoming us into their home. The hospitality, amazing recipes, and night of laughter was the highlight of our trip.

This was one of the highlight of our entire Italy trip. The hostess was great - she reminded us of an Italian Julia Childs on steroids. The food was really wonderful. The directions to their flat were perfect.
