Everything about this tour was great--the food, the pace, the guide (Katrina). There was a nice balance between food and drink, interesting history mixed into the tour, nice combo of walking and sitting. It was a pretty great tour for any age and good for foodies, sight-seeing fanns, or history buffs. Highly recommended.

Guide led a good tour that included tasty food and drink. Initial meeting could have been better since we waited at top of subway stairs as directed but we did not see her because she was at subway stairs about 25 feet away. She did not think to walk around the area to look for us. So they left without us, we had to phone, and she returned to get us but with an attitude.

Hi Dean, We are glad you enjoyed your tour with us. However, we do not appreciate the comments made about your guide or our procedure for locating missing guests. Your guide contacted you via phone twice and when you didn’t answer she emailed you providing you with her contact information so she could connect you with the group, but informing you that she would have to start the tour without you. This is all she could have done and exactly the correct protocol. As for your implication that it was your guide‘s responsibility to search every corner of Marienplatz for you is very unreasonable. Your guide doesn’t know who you are. She was, however, holding the company sign at the agreed meeting point so that you would be able to identify her. You were also very abusive to her both on the phone and after she went back to collect you. We don’t support this behaviour from guests. She did nothing wrong and is a human being.
