Mediocre tour

The pros: friendly crew, yummy lunch, nice swim spot The cons: the transfer company was running late for both pickup and drop-off. We waited quite a while, and the driver was sending text messages while barreling down narrow streets with pedestrians. It felt unsafe. Also the tour of Delos was way too many people (40 in our group) and terribly boring. I love a walking tour but this had a little information repeated several times. Barely learned anything. The boat ran out of white wine halfway through the tour, which was disappointing. Overall, This wasn’t terrible but didn’t live up to my expectations and wasn’t worth the cost.

Hello Rachel and thank you very much for your feedback! Happy that the "pros" are for the actual boat cruise which is operated by us. Your points regarding the transportation and guided tour at Delos are very important and we ll take care of them by our part. Related to the wine, probably we failed to get the adequate supplies or the product wasn't good to be served. Either way, please accept our appologies for that and for the rest of your mentionings. Hope to have the chance to host you some other time in the future and overcome those bad points.

If you can, pick a different option

The views and spots were great! The boat was crowded. Our crew was pretty dirty looking (the people preparing your food). The crew didn’t onboard enough plates for the number of people (we shared a plate). Also, the selection ran thin before the guests had finished making their plates. The description lists four stops- we went to two. Overall, if you can’t find a different option- go with these guys. You’re not going to have a bad time by any means. Just rather expensive for several blunders.

Hello and thank you for yout time to provide us your feedback! Regarding the shirts of the crew, it might happen since they cook, they do boat things and operate in an open rough sea but they manage to change frequently, please accept our appologies if that didn't happen. As far as I can see you sailed our cruise to Delos & Rhenia islands which is advertised everywhere the same way. During a day on board you ll have the chance to enjoy (optionally) a visit of Delos archaelogical area and one (if visit Delos) or two swim stops at Rhenia islands. Related to the plates, I am not aware about that incident - it is something that we don't experience, but if happened I beleive if you had managed to ask for an extra plate wouldn't be any bother at all to provide by the crew. Either way, I am glad you did enjoy at some point your day on board and hope you had great days at Mykonos in general.

It was such an amazing experience. Gyorgyos was so sympathic and all the tripulation made the cruising so nice. We really enjoyed the visit to Delos and the bath in Rhenia. Everything was so beautiful. The people in the boat also was so kind. At the end we have a very nice BBQ in the boat. I will recommend to all the people that I know. THANKS

This was my favorite thing to do while we were in Mykonos! We had the best time! Delos was amazing and there are no words to describe the swimming and snorkeling in Rhenia. The crew members treated you like family and were so funny and kind! The food was outstanding and fresh! Must do while you are in Mykonos!!

Food was amazing/ not worth the price

The best part of this experience was the people we met and the food that was provided for lunch. There were several parts of this experience that weren’t ideal: 1) We didn’t receive a tour guide when we were at Delos, although every other tour did. 2) We paid well over price. Everyone else paid between $100-120. 3) It was stated that we were going snorkeling but there weren’t any sea life where we got in the water. 4) Cleanliness was an issue, from the bathroom to the fingernails of the people serving us food and drinks. 5) Only beer and boxed wine was provided (didn’t realize it was boxed until the end of the tour, and ended up sick).

Hello Jasmin and thank you for your time to provide us your feedback! I am bulleting out the points as you did just to be sure I had been through everything. 1)The option of Delos Guided Tour is available on every booking and I am very sorry you missed to reserve it prior. Though we always offer the option of last minute booking at the same price just before reaching Delos island. 2)There are two options that are offered and added as an extra of the standard price. Since you didn't get the first (of the Guided Tour) you probably had booked the option of transportation. The selling prices are official and published everywhere the same. 3)In general the depth is very intresting from our point of you, I am sorry you didn't have the chance to enjoy as well. 4)This is very important for us and thank for giving us the chance to respond. On a day on board a sailor regardless the customer service, might need to take care of anchor, mechanic or ropes. So our crew members' hands might seem dirty some times but actually it is not dirt but stains that need a specific hand cleaner-remover to be vanished with assiduity. In addition, as you probably noticed since our kitchen and grill is in public area, they always use gloves while preparing food and drinks. 5) The followinf drinks are inlcuded on board:coffee, tea, water, sodas and refreshments, beer and wine. The reason the refreshments and beers are in cans and wine is box is because of the rough sea, sometimes the glass bottles might become very dangerous if break. Despite the points we failed to please your needs on board I hope you had ano overall nice time in Mykonos and enjoyed your vacations.

Great way to see Delos and yummy food!

Fun way to get a quick tour of Delos in. We spent about an hour on Delos then headed to Rhenia to swim. The water at Rhenia is stunning and very clear. Best lunch I’ve had on a boat tour like this and I’ve done many in the Caribbean, Hawaii, Australia and Santorini. You’ll need to do a COVID self test on board unless you received a negative PCR test within the last day. Giving it 4 stars because we spent too much time in one spot at Rhenia (2 hrs) and it would have been nice to swim at some other places.

Hi and thank you very much for your nice feedback! Very happy to read that you enjoyed your day on board. The reaspn we are spending about 2hrs at Rhenia island is because we freshly prepare the bbq so we need about 1hr for that and almost another one for the passengers to eat that. Thank you again and hope to meet you again some time at the sea!
