Rastasafari Experience from Negril

The experience was great! The tour was very informative and my daughter and I learned a lot about Jamaican culture. Our tour guide Bobbie was incredible. The ATV portion was so fun and the lunch was an amazing authentic experience.

The meal was the best meal we had during our entire stay. Such an authentic experience of Jamaica. The beauty of Mother Nature will surround you during the entire ride. We were hesitant to go off the resort because others told us the locals beg for money but we were not harassed or asked for any tips from anyone and we were among the locals. Everyone was nice and welcoming. The ATV were 2 seaters which I liked because I didn't want to drive. There is a little steep walking involved so be prepared for that. And Kush and the Bobbies (2 guys with the same name) were excellent tour guides and host. Hope their there when we return.

Great excursion. It was definitely an experience. I visited with my sisters after this tour was recommended by a friend. It was raining extremely bad on our visit but we still had a great time. From the time our driver Owen picked us up we were given so much of the rich history of the area. He even got us sugar cane & guinep to try from a vendor. Our visit to the village was met with a special rum drink. We talked to locals who showed us all the local vegetation useful for healing. Then we journeyed through the countryside in ATV’s a fun and rocky ride. All in the rain, but not a moment was dull. Our leader Bobbi a local Rasta was so knowledgeable and made our exploration a powerful experience. All of this was followed by a traditional meal. It was delicious and the highlight of the trip. It’s a long full day 3 hours of tour time but about an hour each way to & from Negril. So 5-6 hours total. A great experience, and way to learn more about the Rasta culture!

This was the best experience I ever had. Got to meet the locals that treat you like family. Met the owners and they cooked a great vegetarian meal. The drivers picked us up And even had us taste local fruits . Highly recommend

The best part about this trip is how the tour guides give the most amazing tour of the surrounding area. By far the best attraction Jamaica has to offer!

I was hesitant about booking this but the reviews are true! THIS WAS MY FAV EXCURSION! They were outside on time waiting for my husband and I and another couple. We drove for a little over an hour from the hotel to be met up with the owner and his son (both very sweet). We got a type of tea/drink and met with a bushman who allowed us to smell local herbs. We walked up to the atv-like machines and drove thru a beautiful community! Stopped at a river, a mountainside, and local fruit trees to sample the fruit. THE VEGAN MEAL WAS INCREDIBLE! Bring watershoes, sunscreen, tip money, and bug spray. Water was provided.

This is not the average touristic attraction in any island of the Caribbean, this is a unique experience of local Rasta culture. Our guides were charlie and Bobby and they were friendly and helpful offering pictures and information at all time . Charlie was our driver, and he was pontual and friendly.

Excellent service and great staff. The experience was amazing. We enjoyed every single part of oh and would absolutely recommend to anyone.

The most fantastic, intimate, cultural experience I’ve ever had on an “excursion”. With the side by side, we drove up the hills led and followed by our two guides on motorcycles. We stopped at the most scenic beautiful mountain landscapes, ate fresh sugarcane, stopped in a town to swim in the river and jump off the bridge, ate fresh mangos (everything we tried was right from the land), stopped at a local bar - had a drink and hung with locals there, adored the natural spring with the most vibrant life and colors, stopped to see the rastaman .... we could go on and on about how awesome this was. The Roaring River community was incredible people for sharing their culture and daily life with us.
