Walking Ghosts

Fun and informative tour guide (D.J.), but we didn't get to go inside of any haunted structures. Since I forgot my mask, the tour guide was kind enough to go inside and get my drink for me.
Great tour guide

The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. The fact that he was born and raised here definitely added to his stories. Loved the history mixed in with the ghost stories. Would definitely recommend this tour to family and friends visiting New Orleans.
Worth it

Enjoyed it & my 15 year old loved it. Interesting. It was hot & I wished I had brought water but that’s on me not them.
Family Fun for all
, Aug 2021
Tim was great, my family enjoyed it so much! He was full of information and referenced and tied information back to areas as we toured the city. Thank you so much! He was clean, clear, precise, and respectable of everyone in our group, but also all the other groups around. We will definitely take another tour with him.

Waste of money
, Jul 2021
There were way too many people in our group. You couldn’t get close enough to hear half of what was said. He would tell the story about a particular place several buildings away, so you couldn’t even see the place he was talking about. Then when you would walk by, we would be on the same side of the building so you would be too close to see. Would be better to walk on opposite side of street so you could get a better view.
Great addition to our trip!

Really enjoyed the tour. Brought two kids (15 & 13) who were not enjoying the city until this tour. Put a new spin on the city for them and changed their whole attitude. Sean did a great job, was very personable and entertaining. Would recommend this tour!
Boring Story Teller
, Jun 2021
This tour was sooo boring. Our guide was Margaret who told us only 2 ghost stories in full. The one about the Katrina couple was long and drawn out. And a waste of time. The story about the Place de Armes hotel and haunted bar were told with no enthusiasm. We passed by other groups who’s guides were telling complete stories to buildings we just walked past. When we got to the highlight of the tour LaLaurie mansion the guide took us past it to a corner and you could barely see the Building . The guide was boring and her stories were told very basic. Wouldn’t recommend at all

I had high hopes as this is a city surrounded by tales about spirits and magic. The guide was very good but there were so many other tours out at the same time that it was very distracting. Also we had to separate as I had teenagers with me and one of the stops was an adult only establishment. Also had a person in a wheelchair which made it difficult and slowed things down. Unfortunately The French Quarter is no very wheelchair friendly so another guest took over getting the wheel round.

Worst tour ever & had to gps our way back to our car!
, May 2021
We paid for 5 adults and one child and the first half was speed walking barely seeing anything just trying to keep up with guide. Stopped at a bar half way with a 10 minute break. The guide said it was the best place to use the restroom so after he directed us to the massive long line for the bathroom we finally got in and out and found that he left our entire group after pretending to head count everyone before leaving. That was a total waste of $100!! We had to gps are way back to where we started to find our car. Would NEVER recommend this tour.
