Skip this, tour the pools yourself and buy museum tickets separately. Waste of over $100/ticket.

The 90 minute tour didn’t give much information that you can’t learn on any show. It was more about the surrounding buildings. The museum we couldn’t do since the line was horrendous and the tickets didn’t include skip the line. Couldn’t do the observation deck because the time on the ticket was for 2.5 hours after the tour even ended.
Skip one world observatory

The tour guide was great and informative. Just not really necessary to do. I would just buy passes to the museum and skip One World Observatory. I much prefer Top of the Rock or somewhere you can go outside like The Edge. Again, the tour guide Eric was great, just didn’t need to do it in the after thought.
Viator misinformation

So I have given 3 stars to viator on this particular package, the advertisement information is not as accurate it's not a 5 hour guided tour and "line skipping". BUT I'd love to give IBETH our tour guide 5 stars or more! She made our experience fun and was well informed! She was excellent! Just that most things were beyond her control of which Viator is to blame for misinformation on this particular package!
It was so informative...

Loved the tour and our guide, Gil, and driver, Jose! Gil was very knowledgeable and engaging. He seemed to thoroughly enjoy himself and took pictures for us like we were family.

Content was amazing and our tour guide, Tim, brought it all to life for us. The 9/11 memorial and museum were moving and tastefully done. World One was a real treat and we were allowed to stay as long as we wanted.
Great tour!
