Mumbling announcer..
NYvisit
, Jun 2021
Being in the boat and in the Hudson River, seeing the Statue of Liberty was amazing experience, BUT we choose to sit in the open area, and we did not hear one single work from the announcer as he was mumbling and we complained several times and he did not attend to this situation. So other than whatever we are able to visually know a land mark, we did not hear or learn anything new!! We were very disappointed!!

Breathtaking views

Taking in the various views of New York were breathtaking, however and most likely due to a poor sound system it was a challenge to hear our tour guide speak. The tour guide seemed very knowledgeable, it would have been a much better experience if we were able to hear.

Great tour of New York

The staff that greeted us were extremely nice and helpful. We were excited to meet a staff member from Greer, SC like us. He was super personable and even located us once the boat was loaded just to give us some souvenir pins for ourselves and our grandson. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and we learned a lot from him.

First timers to NYC

the experience was fantastic. The crew was friendly and helpful, very informative tour, lots of information given about the history of the city. We had preferred seats, although they were not needed given the time season we went but they were padded and the general seating is not. We did enjoy the wait staff, Jennifer was great, and very efficient. It was nice not to have to go downstairs for food. Definitely recommend the tour for anyone. This was our first time to NYC so getting to see it all and have sone bearings on the city was great.
