Our Tour of the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Queens

Our guide was incredibly personable and very knowledgeable. It was clear that he really enjoyed being a tour guide. Absolutely loved the Bronx part of the tour. Would have loved to have seen much more of Queens (the residential neighborhoods) and Brooklyn (where Ebbets Field was, Flatbush Avenue, and the Navy Yards) and not the World's Fair site.

We were on the Bronx Queen's and Brooklyn tour today. We were very surprised to find ourselves on a tour for Italian tourists with only 4 other English speakers. This of course wouldn't have been a problem if the tour guide had been fluent in English. Despite her best efforts we only got a fraction of what was being said to the Italian speaking passengers. Her English was poor and heavenly accented and we couldn't understand what she was saying. Had we known that the trip was for Italians with very limited information in English we would never have booked. I want to point out that the guide tried her best to explain and be helpful but her English was poor and the vast majority of the people on the bus were Italian and therefore the explanations were mostly in Italian for those tourists. We feel that a refund is in order as we were mislead as to the language of the tour. Why would we choose  a tour in a language that we don't speak or understand?  Awaiting your response Yours sincerely

Would have liked to have spent a bit more time in the neighbourhoods than just driving though. Did not feel particularly safe in the area were the tour ended and we were asked to get off of the bus. No information given on how to return to Times Square, like simply pointing out where the subway is and the line to get onto.

What a terrible tour because there wasn't enough English people they stuck us on a coach with French and Italian people never understood a word and for 8 hours, disgraceful A couple of ten minute stops to places that were closed New York Yankee stadium etc then back on bus a total rip off. We went to little Italy which was ok as we had 30 minutes for lunch but you try and find a place to eat in that time all rushed and a totally waste of time and money really upset about this one

Sadly it was raining on the day of this trip. We felt that there was not enough time allocated at some of the stops, particularly the Yankees Stadium. However, the tour guide was very helpful and informative.

Excursion très interessante dans des quartiers populaires, très bien commentée de façon très vivante. Nous étions les seuls francophones dans le bus, mais le guide a tout traduit pour nous.

M-E-R-A-V-I-G-L-I-O-S-O. New York si presta benissimo, è vero. Pur consocendola bene ho deciso di acquistare il tour per condividere con altre persone questa meraviglia e devo dire che la guida si vede che è locale poiché mi ha dato delle chicche incredibili.... sono davvero molto contenta di come sia andato tutto!
