Riding atop the double decker bus was as expected and all was well until it began to rain. We then realized that the bus had no AC!! Was it just broken? Riding inside the bus was stifling and horrible. I now question the safety and general condition of the buses.

Our voucher from Viator said to arrive at 6PM for our Night Tour. Upon arriving, we were turned away. The night tour did not start till 7PM! The tour was NOT 2 hours. Perhaps 1-1.5 hours. We were NEVER given the earphones to listen to the tour. Some customers had them, some did not. We were very disappointed. We drove through the city not learning about the history or historic sites.

Waited 2 hours in line just to get in the bus. The excuse of the bus not coming was because of traffic, and the supervisor kept telling 5 mins was all they need. Once you get in the bus, the audio tour was also not working. 2 stars because the bus and the driver was very nice and comfortable.

The tour was horrible. First there was some confusion since the coupon was not scanned. And then the bus tour was focused solely on Brooklyn even though it was meant to be NYC tour. The tour guide was rude and the gadgets weren't working. I would recommend to choose some other tour..
