Excellent trip!
, Sep 2021
A delightful journey! We visited the Independence Hall, the Statue of Rocky and the stairs (from the same movie), Amish Country. Our guide Brian was great! My native language is not English, and Brian speaks English perfectly for foreign tourists (he speaks clearly, not quickly) - I understood absolutely everything that he was telling.
Beautiful Amish Country but Too Little Time Spent There
, Sep 2021
I loved the Amish country the most but little time was spent exploring the countryside. The trip mostly was about shopping and visiting the museums.

Excellent trip. Felt like visiting another planet and going back in time in American history. The tour guide Brian was very friendly and had a fantastic charisma. I totally enjoyed, thanks.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Partly enjoyable

Philadelphia part of the tour was very good - our guide Stephano was very nice, helpful and knowledgable. The Amish country part was a bit lacking. The buggy ride person didn't know we were coming so we waited half an hour for a buggy. During that time we did nothing, even though there was a decent shop and even a model house in the same parking lot. After this delay, we were given less than an hour for lunch and shopping - really not enough time - and still returned to New York over an hour before the time stated in your ad. In short - a problem in time management and problem solving. Sorry, but this tour didn't meet our expectations

Thank you for your review and feedback, we always appreciate hearing the customer perspective. After some research, while the buggy was late, the estimated time of preparation we received was too small to allow for other activities (15 mins). The tour arrived back in NYC around 7:05pm which is in line with the tour schedule. Tour schedules cannot be amended due to driver hours and DOT regulations. Thank you very much for your support and we look forward to hosting you on another tour. Empire Vacations team

Great Day + Very Insightful

I booked this trip during the Xmas holiday with my parents. We all loved the day we spent there. The guide was great: knowledgeable, entertaining, gave a lot of tips for our stay in NYC. The trip was very interesting, a lot of information when visiting Philly and interesting to know more about the Amish culture.
Good tour in English, Italian and Chinese
, Oct 2019
Tour guide was very good and had the ability to pass on his knowlwdge and keep us entertained as well. The tour of Philly was excellent including cityhall, constitution centre and rocky steps. The Amish part of the tour was a little underwellming. The buggy ride was ok but the Amish driver was not very communicative and we spent way to much time at the very commercial Amish village. Be aware that the tours are generally multilingual in our case English, Italian plus a seperate guide for 2 chinese ladies. I just found this a little off putting. Overall a good tour but not great.
