Music and art

We really enjoyed our experience at the museum. It was so different, it was music rather than art. It was the Ragnar Kjartansson: Romantic Songs of the Patriarchy performance. My eldest daughter who who loves music was really fascinated and enjoyed it very much.

Everyone says if you come to NYC to go here, I say skip it! Not a lot to see & they have a stupid rule to carry your backpack on your chest instead of your back because of crowds. My back was killing me by the time we left. And there were no crowds.

We were sold a ticket even though the day we scheduled for (Saturday) was a FREE day at the Guggenheim. I feel this should have been mentioned before Viator accepted our money. We would appreciate a refund.
Down at the Guggenheim

Museum was partially closed. Tickets purchased a third-party seem to be a little problematic at entry. As a guest I was not notified of the changes until I got there.
Buy only on museum's website

Do not buy tickets from 3-rd party vendors. They don't know when the museum is full. They could sell you tickets that you can neither use nor exchange. We were lucky to get in - some regulars canceled last minute.
Is the museum a joke?
, Mar 2020
Architecture was the experience I sought for my visit with my son and grandsons. They understood that Frank Lloyd Wright’s last joke was this building in that he showed the world that architecture was supreme to art. We enjoyed our visit. Thank you. And now you can come to Manchester NH and visit two FLW houses.
The Guggenheim building is amazing the show was not

the current show in the main rotunda of the Guggenheim isn't that interesting it's not even art and it says so it's a discussion about humans impact on the environment to the agriculture and then some of the main permanent colors for shut down for renovation as well so I would save the 25 bucks and go to the MEt next time

So easy! Booked the tickets at breakfasttable and went straight in to the museum via info desk without any waiting 😍
Great Building

Very cool building and capable of a volume of people, great art work, nicely laid out lots of room to take in the atmosphere. A must see if your into architecture and fine art.
The Guggenheim Museum is wonderful...

The Guggenheim Museum is wonderful, and this is not why I am rating it only 2 stars. It states, Skip the Line Access, when you purchase the Vouchers. WE were not able to skip the lines. We had to stand in line, like everyone else, to get the tickets, as these are Vouchers only. We had the same situation at American Museum of Natural History.
