We enjoyed the ride. We had opportunities to stop and take photos at a few sights. We booked a 45min ride but that lasted 30min. I am guessing it’s the same route just depends how long you take for pictures/stops. The tour guide/driver John was very nice.

Exactly what we wanted and expected! Driver showed up on time, texted with us to make sure we had all the information. Stopped at a few places to show us and tell us about some famous areas in Central Park. It was quite relaxing to just sit back relax with a large blanket and admire the park and sound of the horse trotting. Recommend for a peaceful time in the park. Not too long and not too short.

The ride was enjoyable and worth doing. However we were very dissatisfied about the charge. We booked and paid in advance £144 for a family of 4, yet only to find out the ride would have cost only $100 if we had hired a carriage at the park. Felt ripped off.

Hi Yoko. We are happy to learn that you enjoyed the ride. There are different types of tours in the park, ranging from 20 minutes to one hour. The drivers working for cash misinform online customers to convince them to go with them only to find out that they would charge them much more than what they say at the beginning. The $100 price is for a short ride, 20-25 minutes. Our ride is 45 minutes and it follows the long circle in the park. Prices are generally higher during Christmas period and the cash payers end up paying more for a tour that is much shorter because the driver would not have any responsibility for providing a good experience., they would just try to finish the tour as quick as they can.
