Moana’s Sunset Sailing along Oahu's Waikiki Coast

Aloha, I’m sorry you did not enjoy your sunset sail with the Moana Catamaran. I’ll address everything you mentioned, as well as things I remember from having you on board. Firstly our ad, which clearly shows alcoholic beverages are EXCLUDED. We had other guests on board that read the ad completely, and brought there own drinks, and later offered to the other members of your party. The trip length of time is advertised as 90 min. We left at 5:00 pm and returned a little after 6:30 pm. Now to the two “captains”. I was the only captain on that sail. As you were boarding, you were smoking a cigar, I explained to you that smoking is not allowed on board. Five minutes later, you were smoking on board again. I again explained that there is no smoking, and added that I would have to return you to the dock if you were going to continue smoking. You used the bathroom without closing the door, and when I asked you to close the door, you said sorry but continued to urinate with the door open. You were loud and obnoxious to the point that it negatively effected the experience of some of our other guest, causing me to apologize to the other guests. As we were coming back into the channel, which is fairly narrow, you threatened to turned the wheel hard to the left which would cause the boat to crash into the rocks. Then once back in the harbor, before docking, you began smoking again. If you feel there are better charters out there, by all means, sail with them next time. I have worked in this industry for over 21 years and never have a had a customer who behaved as bad as you did. Our goal is to create the best experience possible for our guests, but there are still rules that our customers need to follow.
