I was led to believe we would be in a nicer model car since this was a professional company. Our car was a beaten up SUV and had a foul odor. Definitely not happy with this experience.

The driver making up time after picking us up 15 minutes late, for our trip to the airport. It was very frustrating that the car’s trunk didn’t fit all our luggage either. Very, very, small sedan. It was a comfortable car at least.

The woman on the phone at Viator who helped me book this transport was outstanding. I was having trouble on line and she talked me through the entire process and remained on the phone until I had booking confirmation and tickets.
Our driver couldn't have been nicer . My only complaint was that they sent a Tesla and it isn't large enough for 3 people and 3 large suitcases. I would highly recommend this company and use them again in the future.
