Misrepresentation - no "Antelope Canyon" tour provided. BEWARE!!!

, Nov 2021
Well....given that we paid $125 US each for the so-called "Antelope Canyon Waterhole Triple Canyon" tour, which we purchased online with Viatour.......When we showed up at the toursite we instead recieved the Waterhole Canyon tour which retails for $77 US each (the company doesnt even offer Antelope Canyon tours), we are very annoyed and feel scammed. We absolutely did not recieve the tour we purchased. I am currently working with Viatour for a partial refund, so stay tuned.

Dear customer, we apologize to hear that your experice was not as expected. Waterhole Canyon is Navajo owned and it is a slot canyon just as all the other antelope canyons. We will update and improve the descriptions of this product for a better understanding. Thank you for your feedback and we apologize again.
