Would recommend upper or lower over this
    Andrea_S

While the canyons were cool to see of course, the lower or upper canyons are a much better experience, especially for the cost. I would not recommend this tour for the $$ - short walks through two canyons, and again, while pretty, the lower or upper tours you get a lot more for your money. Also, there is a significant slope/stairs coming back up from the canyons, and I would not recommend to anyone who has any trouble walking, especially hills.

    Best tour of all.

Out of everything we did at the Grand canyon, this was by far the most beautiful. I would call to make sure you have the correct address. There are several listed and we went to the wrong place first.

    Avoid this tour

The tour was supposed to be 0800 to 1200, instead, it started at 1245. It changed my whole day, lucky we could move our other commitment. It was also not all paid for, the driver said we had to pay for the Navajo pass. I did not tip the driver. Book direct with the Native tour groups, it is cheaper and easier.

    Beautiful canyon but short tour

Unfortunately a 1.5 hour tour was 45 minutes in the canyon. Communication with Viator was very frustrating. Canyon was beautiful and only way to see is a tour. That it was non refundable would keep me from doing again.

The caverns were amazing and absolutely gorgeous, the guide was good, but the masking rule with everything being outdoors was totally absurd and very very difficult and was forced upon elderly and overweight people as well, and was all Outdoors with just the occasional inside the caves.

Trust your GPS, location is remote. Expect to your own vehicle off road if you have one. Beautiful vistas.

Poor customer service but beautiful Canyon

    1. Tour guide was very knowledgable but was rushing us throughout the tour. 2. Web site displayed 13 year old as adult when I selected the tickets. So for two adults and two kids I paid the price of 3 adults and 1 kid. Viator did not provide me a refund. They had more than a month to fix this issue but did not help with it. 3. Customer service is poor.

Unable to attend and couldn't get a refund. Disappointing. Wouldn't book through viator again. I'm sure the tour itself is pretty cool though

We met at 2:20. One man drove us to Canyon X. Then we were driven in a different van closer to the canyon. Our time in the canyon was very rushed with hordes of people and our guide offered NO explanation, just took some so-so photos of us. Then 2 more van rides and dropped off at Horseshoe bend to wander on our own. No tour guide. Could have done better on our own.

The tours were fantastic but the ride to and from the tours was disappointing - the driver exposed untrue and borderline racist comments about the Navajo people - drunk and lazy, etc.

If you can’t decide between upper and lower Antelope canyon then you should visit Canyon X. Features both A and V slot canyons offering similarly stunning views and way less people. Our guide Jordan did a great job and I would definitely come back again for the only photography tour still available in the canyon.

We had Arlinda as our guide, she was great. She helped with pictures and pointing out the best frame and filter to use. The Canyon was BEAUTIFUL. So beyond words. I would book again. Which I plan to same time next year.
