Worst customer experience with Ken’s tours

We enjoyed the canyon but the staff customer experience was pathetic. We felt like we are on free courtesy tour. They always say don’t do that and these and rush to keep walking.

Dear customers, thanks for your feedback. We apologize to you for the service provided by the tour guide. The inside of the canyon is relatively narrow, so tourists need to follow the guidance of the tour guide. We care about every guest's experience and feedback. This issue has been reported to the onsite operator manager. We will continue to improve our travel experience and apologize again to you. The best,

We enjoyed the experience, Kerry was an excellent guide. I recommend that you let people know in advance they need to be hands free to climb ladders. I saw so many near misses where people almost got hurt b/c they were carrying water, bags, even children while trying to climb ladders. This is a huge risk for your business.

Our tour guide was awesome, told us alot of history of the canyon - flooding events etc. The canyon itself it so beautiful! The tour guide was nice enough to take several pictures of our group. The exit is so cool, it looks like people are just coming up out of the ground!

The total package was great. Difficult understanding the call center, but all was completed online. Call center needs a better understanding of the English language.

Viator, The Liar King

I bought 3 tickets to see the lower Antelope Canyon on May 31, at 3:30pm. I spent $285,00. I called Viator to exchange the slot time for the tour, I explained to them that my flight was leaving from SLC, Utah. They said not earlier tour was available. Then I asked for my money back. They said not refunds, even in the web site says yes. Right after, I visited their web site and I found out they have tours available for May 31, at 7:35am. I had to buy 3 more tickets. We were there at their mercy. They are liars.

Dear customers, thanks for your feedback. We are sorry that we can not amend or change the time slot if that day is sold out. Also, if it's close to your departure date, we still can not make any changes, according to Lower Canyon's booking policy. So we strongly recommend planning ahead of other times. There is no 7:35am slot in the Lower Antelope Canyon, maybe reading the time slot is wrong? Anyway, we still hope all the trip is pleasant. We will continue to improve our booking experience and apologize again to you and your family. The best,

Another one of God’s Amazing creations! Some spots a little tight - and must be in fair shape to climb ladders.

Better than Upper Antelope
Alina_M
, May 2022
We ended up doing this tour because Upper Antelope was fully booked. We didn’t know what to expect, which was a good thing, because we were very pleasantly surprised. The canyon in amazing, our guide was really good and made sure to take pictures of us using our phones - we really appreciated his passion. We had people in our group who did Upper Antelope before this and said that the Lower tour was far better. It’s a much longer tour as well and less crowded. So those are also bonuses.
