Traveler Tips

  • "Make sure you bring cash for the required 'tips' to the staff." See review
  • "Have a great time but would not choose the mid day time slot as way too many people (100) at once and you do not get the light rays on camera unless you have a good camera" See review
  • "Simply amazing - some stairs/ladders to climb up/down - the middle of the day is best as the sun is in the right spot - just spectacular" See review

Candace (our guide) was awesome, she took time to point out each unique feature of this amazing natural winder. She pointed out photo angie’s and also took some amazing pictures for us. She is quite a talented iPhone photographer. Very helpful in making this a memorable experience. Be sure to be generous to your guide especially if they take time to take photos for you.

We actually got late to our schedule tour because of a car accident. But the people at the office were super nice and did re schedule us for the next day. Our tour guide, RJ bluelake, was super nice. Took us the best pics at the best spots and explained us all that we wanted to know. He was very enthusiastic and patient.
