very bad experience, my girlfriend and I had booked a tour for the day 14 October 2020, in the official website the times said from 11 to 20, we went to the place around 19 but there was no one, everything was closed, we tried to call but nothing, we had to write them on the assistance chat and they told us that the only tour available that day was at 14, without being warned or anything we lost money, I do not recommend this agency

I bought the tickets for this prior to coming on this cruise and when I arrived was told that I cannot use the ticket as the cruise has been changed to a different one - a Valentines Cruise - and had to buy the tickets again for the other cruise.

Awesome, a must do in Paris. The cruise at night was wonderful because we got to see all the monuments lit up at night and went right by the Eiffel tower as it was doing a light show on the hour

Good trip but problems with tickets purchased on-line

I bought tickets from their website day before but for whatever reason the cashier at the entrance could not locate them and the barcode on my smartphone could not be accepted either. They were nice and helpful and did let us on the trip after all. The trip itself was quite enjoyable and the guide entertaining and knowledgeable.

Commentaires en cours de promenade intéressants mais limités à l’essentiel. Parcours qui permet de voir les monuments incontournables et qui constitue une approche pour découvrir plus en détail les monuments principaux. (J’habite Paris et j’avais invité deux personnes de province).
