This tour was excellent . Our tour guide John was amazing wish I could have taken him with me every where. He had lots of knowledge and his delivery was engaging and funny . Only negative is the description of the meeting point could have the name Of the building and there is only one person in a blue jacket . Other than that excellent

DO NOT BUY YOUR TIKETS FROM THIS SITE!!! The absolute worst experience I have ever had! Bought the tickets. went to the meeting point at around 9:40am (The eiffel tower and river cruise was supposed to start at 10). I called them to find out where the person was and was left on a call machine for nearly 30 minutes, by the time i finally spoke to someone they said its past 10am now and my tickets are now invalid. THIS WAS RIDICULOUS, the lady on the phone said she can reschedule my eiffel tower climb until later but refused to give me the tickets for the river cruise. £100 WASTED. I had to go a purchase tickets for the ricer cruise as my trip in Paris was for one day only. The people of the phone were no help whatsoever. I WANT MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY! COMPLETE SCAM OF A COMPANY DO NOT BUY!

John was a very good tour guide, was not bored at all. The experi ce was brilliant. The weather was cold but bearable. Hotel we stayed at was basic but clean. Would definitely go back to Paris.

Meeting point was not very clearly explained, but we managed to find it. Our guide was very enthousiastic, funny and interesting. He knew so much! We still had to stand in line, but it went pretty fast. Trip to the Eiffel tower and the Seine river cruise was definitively worth the money! It was a pity that there wasn't enough space in the boat so we had to sit outside in the cold, but in the end we were glad that we had our privacy outside and I think eventually we saw much more than if we would've sat inside. Would definitively recommend this to everyone!

Our guide Sam for the skip the line tour of the Eiffel Tower was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. After this experience, I could not wait for the second half. I wish I had. The experience on the boat was awful. The audio was of poor quality and the staff, especially the woman behind the bar, was rude. I could not wait for the experience to end. The stars are for the tower only.
