Horrible tour guild who showed up a...

Horrible tour guild who showed up a over an hour late. I have contacted by phone and email Viator staff who place me on hold and who don't seem to return for 20 minutes at a time when i request my funds back for this tour/ cost for tour even after I booked 9 tours in total! Museum is beautiful and totally worth seeing- NO need for a tour guild here and not though this company either! The tour guild didn't know the museum at all and/or the locations of any of the art or bathrooms. The tour guild left us without location map of museum or, directions and skipped more than half of our time for the tour to boot after arriving over an hour late and blamed her boss that he informed her 10 am. The tour guild had us buy our own tickets and additional cost not included and additionally has us waiting in lines after being charged and paying over 402.01- I like to know what we where to get for that charge!!!
