Paris Secret Food Tour: Taste of Montmartre with Private Tour Option

My wife and I have been to Paris 10 times. Nothing could compare to the tour we experienced with PJ!!! He was so knowledgeable, energetic, enthusiastic, and every other positive descriptive word!! We learned so much about Paris and its history along with so much information about bread, cheese, meats, wine, and chocolates!! This tour was at the beginning of our vacation and we experienced Parisian food in a new light because of PJ!!!! Thank you for an incredible day PJ!!!! You are the best!

PJ provided a great tour for the day. Even though it rained the entire time he managed to give us so much information and great food!! Definitely worth it!!

Emmanuel was our tour guide and he was amazing. In our tour we went to a chocolate shop, then a macaroon shop. Both of which were incredible. We sampled some chocolate and macaroons at the shops then went on to a bakery (which we sampled a croissant), and cheese shop (which we sampled a delicious cheese), and finally a butcher shop (which we sampled some salami). Along the way at each shop (after the chocolate and macaroon shops) Emmanuel bought some foods that we then took back to the tour basement and proceeded to eat plenty of cheese, bread, and meats, and drank plenty of wine.

We learned so much about French food. Our guide was fantastic. This is the second time I have taken this tour because it is so amazing!!!!

The tour guide met us and walked us through her neighborhood sharing the "secrets" of Montmartre food and wine. It was a cozy group of 13 on a rainy day, but the tour is mostly inside local businesses and the weather did not matter much. I found the guide to be very knowledgeable and interesting and recommend this tour for all travelers to Paris. You learn about different rankings of wine and meat and cheese that you would otherwise never know or taste. I purchased some of the chocolates and they did not disappoint. I think this tour was one of the big highlights of my trip.

This walking tour with PJ was one of the highlights of our week in Paris. Beginning with an introduction of local history and ending in a wine cellar where we tasted delicious cheeses and meats,we learned how to identify authentic French food and recognize quality. We enjoyed PJs sense of humor and the stories he shared.

one of the best food tours i've had in Paris (and i've had several). Not only was the food, host PJ, and scenery remarkable, we got several hours of history which really made the tour wonderful. If you want to two tours in one (food/history) when it comes to Paris, i strongly suggest this tour. One of the highlights of our trip.

We had a wonderful experience on the Montmatre tour with PJ! His knowledge of the food industry and his local area of Montmatre are incomparable. He teaches as he provides a fantastic tour and fun food experience at the same time. I'd highly recommend this tour!
