Excellent Tour Guide

Visiting the Louvre for the first time- our tour guide was so knowledgeable and was very passionate about the history and art. He was detailed and fun and a pleasure to be with. I would never have known so many facts if we took this tour on our own without a guide- well worth the money!

Great way to see Louvre the first time

Loved this trip! Louvre is so massive that one can be easily overwhelmed the first time and not know what else to see besides the Mona Lisa. That’s why I loved this guided tour! Got a great overview of the museum and it’s history in about 2.5 hours. The guide was knowledgeable and showed us a lot! Highly recommend!

Crowded

The skip the line part was good & worth at least half of the cost. Guide was Extremely informative, way past my knowledge or interest level. Down side was the crowds - especially during a pandemic, just way too many people crammed into each room.

Be cautious

I have bought two tickets ($165) to Louvre museum and the introduction they provided were not that clear on the meeting with our guide group, especially for someone who is visiting for the first time. After waiting for some time, we entered the museum on our own and waited inside as well. I even contacted via messaging system within the app (Contact Tour Operator) and haven’t got any response. I have requested a full refund but they declined to do so. On the end we paid another tickets inside the museum for only $30. Will not be using this app any longer.

Francois was an amazing guide. With his art and architecture background he added a tremendous amount of valuable information to our visit. He showed us all the main exhibits and we had time after to browse some more. Francois has a wonderful personality and he was very good at quickly and efficiently navigating us through the must see exhibits. Thank you.

The experience was not good, as the meeting location was not clear and we arrived 5 minutes late for that reason and was not allowed to join the tour. When booking the tour it sounded like single individual and not a group tour. After being told we could not join the tour we were also told we would not be getting anything back. This was a once in a lifetime event that was ruined.

Tour guide, Vincent made this a very memorable experience - took us directly to all of the highlights - regaled us with interesting stories and added just enough humour to keep us amused.
