It was a great day. There weren’t many people so we were able to see everything rather quickly . We learned a lot from our visit

Well laid out. Decent audio tour. I learned a lot even though I consider myself pretty well read on the American Revolution. Plan 2-3 hours.

This is a must see for anyone visiting Philadelphia. The exhibits are very informing and make sure you view the Washingtons Tent movie.

A fantastic experience. I am an amateur historian; I was brought to tears several times during my visit. Despite my previous detailed study of twelve years, I learned much more at the Museum of the American Revolution. I cannot thank you enough!

This was a great experience for me and my Grandson. I taught history briefly from 1970-75 but this museum taught me so much more than what I learned in college and what was in our History books . Too little is taught about the why and the how our great Republic started and why it still exists today. Grandson can't wait to learn more. We also visited Independence Hall where The Continental Congress met and wrote the Declaration of Independence and our Constitution.

Not enough time because we got there late, missed the movie at the beginning of the tour and then had to rush through. Should have gone earlier or been able to buy a ticket for a certain amount of time since we were traveling and tried to squeeze this in on the first day of our trip. We arrived in Philly later than we thought.

Appreciated that there was no specific time for us to begin our tour. We purchased tickets to use on July 22. Luckily we went early because the museum gets busier later in the day on a Saturday. I enjoyed seeing George Washington's tent and also reading about Americans who fought for the Brits and Brits who fought on the American side. There is so much to see and read and the details sometimes get to be bogged down in too many facts and figures. But the museum is beautiful and the exhibits are generally very interesting. You can go as fast or as slow as you wish. It might be good to go on a weekday when school back in session when less crowded. There is a small self serve restaurant on the first floor but some regular restaurants are near by if you want sit down service.

I enjoy ANYTHING concerning the Revolution and was impressed with the historical accuracy vs myths which were developed. The American contradiction of All men are created equal is shown within the time period and developed gradually. Well Done! We began at 2:00pm and left at 5:00pm. It was Sunday of Memorial Weekend and the crowd kept moving on. Since it was my first time through it will not be my last, I was uncertain frequently of where to go next. Signs and arrows would eliminate this problem. Anyone who wishes to deviate could still do so. Dave OConnell
