Nikola was a great guide! He was very passionate about the lakes and knew so much about the area. He knew just where to take amazing pictures, was very friendly, and extremely knowledgable. He could talk about every aspect of the park, it's history, and how it's changed through the years. Moved at a very comfortable pace an we never felt rushed.

Nikola was excellent and you could not hire a better guide. A local that is practically part of the park itself - a true treasure. You can tell how much he loves the park. Be sure to buy your park entrance ticket via the park website (not through Viator). It’s the only way to download it to your phone instead of printed voucher.

I am sad to sat, that I didn't came on this trip. We could not find were the guide was. And there were nobody of the workers, on the spot, that could help us. We were at entrance 1 and 2. So no guide ture for us. Payed about 135 euro for nothing. Sadlig because we were looking so much forward to it. And when you come from Denmark, you just don't come back, to this beautifull place.

Plivice lakes are just unbelievably beautiful. Our guide Nikola is a nice person and as he was born nearby and has worked in the park, he's got lot of interesting stories to tell about the park and the area. We've been visiting the lower lakes in his company the first morning, so it was a good start to explore the rest of the park with our 2 days pass, using the tips he gave us. Great time, thanks again!

Our tourguide was Maya, a superfriendly lady who gave us alot of information about the most important parts of the lakes and park. She was very kind and lovely, waited patiently when we would have troubles walking down the roads or when we were taking pictures of this beautiful place!! We were late for half an hour because we couldn't find the right entrance, we called here and she waited for us without problems! Maya = super!! We really recommend a tour like this! ♡
