Not the best, not the worst

Bus seats were comfy, nice to be in a small group. Unfortunately sitting in the very back meant no air conditioning, so we were very warm. Very bumpy roads, not tour companies fault of course. The falls were beautiful!

Driver is amazing

The driver is amazing. As promised in the advertisement, there was no water and I was thirsty for a while because as it was included in the tour package, I didn't bother to take it.

Our tour director Celine had wonderful energy and was very interesting to listen to. She packed in a lot of sights in both upper and lower town Quebec, plus we saw the falls. Quebec is such a lovely city - the perfect blend of old and new!

Great overview of Quebec

We have never been to Quebec and we were only here for 2 days. This tour was a great way to see the highlights of the city. Our kids loved the trip to the falls. Our tour guide, Celine, was amazing and conducted the tour in both French and English.

Enjoyed the ride.. glad we picked the small one as it took us through almost all the streets that a big bus can't pass by.. and Peter was fantastic. Definitely recommend this.

Not a great tour.
Dawn_H
, Aug 2021
I was definitely the minority being English speaking. Consequently, the guide first gave long explanations in French followed by English which was often when we were past the building, etc. I do not like when the guide gives off his personal information. I know he’s very proud of his daughter, less so with his son. The falls were a disappointment. I would not recommend this tour.
icon Response from Host , Sep 2021
I understand your disappointment that everything is bilingual, this year we haven't had a lot of English-speaking visitors Normally we do separate groups so that the customers understand the explanations during the tour. we hope for a return to normal next year

Celine was a great guide, and the tour was ideal for an introduction to the city. Well worth it--especially if Celine is the person showing you her city!

Great Value

THis was an excellent tour with a very informative guide, it consisted of a trip around the town and the Heights of Abraham before we headed of to the falls, first call to the cable car at the bottom then up to ten top.Plenty of time given at the various stops to wander about and enjoy the views. Excellent value would thoroughly recommend

Okay

There was no clear instruction on ticket or map to reach Rue De Fort. We walked forever trying to find this street.Nothing was mentioned in directions that we had to ascend to the Finiculaire to find Rue de Fort. We barely made it because people were unsure about this street. We got conflicting instructions until two people told us we had to ascend a tram to get to Rue De Fort for $7.00 for 2. I would have appreciated a longer city tour with less time at the falls. Perhaps getting off bus to see some attractions.

We had a lovely excursion with Celine. We were a small group but we had fun. So much information was provided, tips on where to go and what to see in Quebec City. This is a great company to work with. When choosing a tour you must try this group.
