Loved it

This was an amazing tour/experience. We’ve seen all the waterfalls, both beaches, and got on a fantastic ice cave tour. Our tour guide Guzzeppe was knowledgeable, caring, and very reasonable. On the firat day we visited all waterfalls that are on the list, the Black beach, and stopped close to a glacier. In total, in day 1 we drove 450km to town of Hofn for a night sleep. On the second day, we made a complete trip back, while stopping at the Diamond beach, ice cave tour (both of which are near the Glacier Lagoon), and Vik. The tour is long yet extremely fulfilling. Of course, due to the outbreak of corona virus, we saw limited number of people, but all attractions were still on. Really cannot recommend this tour enough.

This trip was so amazing. Our tour got delayed due to weather concerns, and our guide still managed to get us to every spot on the list, plus some! Our guide was Eddy, and he was amazing! He was kind, funny, and very knowledgeable about Iceland - especially the geography. He took us to places that he knew about, that were not on the list, and even made extra stops for us to see the full moon over the glacier lagoon. Every stop was breathtaking. I was scared about how the driving conditions would be, but even in horrible wind and snow, our guide Eddy was confident and drove as smoothly as he could. I cannot recommend this tour enough! Dress warmly!!!!

We were in Iceland at the end of March so we thought tour was the best way to see Iceland. The 2-day tour covered everything described in the tour. Our tour lady was super cool and amazing. She took care of us really well during a very bad weather day (super rainy). The waterfalls were wonderful even in the pour down rain. The Black beach was beautiful even in the pour down rain. The hostel we stayed over night was great. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Breakfast included was very good. Jokulsarlon and the Glacier were beautiful. Overall, I would recommend the tour and would do it again if I come back to Iceland.

This your was superb!
Our tour guide had to deal with some very frustrating customers with complete disregard of the times they were advised to be back to the bus, the times you can spend at a site are there so that you can fit them all in, so some of us were getting a bit annoyed at waiting for them.
There was also weather issues the first day, we couldn’t only drive some of the way of the south coast because of wind and snow storms. Despite this our guide managed to fit everything into the second day, which I didn’t think would be do-able, so we were so happy and impressed with the flexibility shown under adverse weather conditions and difficult customers.
Couldn’t recommend enough the diamond beach was stunning and the ice cave guide was great fun, had us sliding down the side of the glacier on a bin bag!!
I would definitely recommend this company, have fun!!

DISAPOINTING

The overnight accommodation stay was very lacking, no bar, poor food choice and very expensive, quite run down rooms, The ice cave operator was spot checked by the local police to ensure they had the correct licenses to operate and it was discovered that they didn't so we where all escorted off the bus and where not able to do this section of the tour, strange you would think this would be all validated by the operator before you travel, very disappointing because this was the highlight of the tour.

Does anyone care about the customer?

In order to visit an ice cave, you need to go on a vehicle capable of driving on a glacier. Based on our research on the internet, this was contracted to a company that took us out on a vehicle last manufactured 33 years ago. It had no shoulder belts, when, in Iceland every standard bus we traveled on had them. When the vehicle had an accident, nothing prevented my face from smashing into the seat in front of me.Clearly, this went to the lowest bidder, without concern to customer safety.

Tour guide was very friendly and laid back he drove us to more than 6 beautiful waterfalls and beaches and to the glacier cave tour. The over night stay is at a hostel which was very nice and you get your own room. This tour was a top 2 overall my 6 day trip to Iceland. Highly recommended!

With only 5,000 words, I am not sure I can include all that I would say about this experience. First let me start with Valdi our driver. Fantastic individual, excellent driver, wealth of knowledge and the patients of a saint! We had some extra attention needed passengers that Valdi kept a close eye on and ensured that all parties had a splendid time. The sites to see in the south were many, if not too many, but definitely seemed like we had gone to another planet because of Icelands unique and beautiful views. The hostel was very nice and the staff were also fantastic and accommodating. The ice caves were very interesting. Obviously the more sunshine you have the more blue you will see, but Ragnar rocked the tour and having driving in a monster truck Mercedes is also nothing things on the list you can check off. We had a great time, and I cannot recommend Valdi and the Nice travel staff enough for making our adventure as wondrous as they did!

Amazing Trip ! This company when over and above to give us a good trip away. With a major storm just passed, I was not sure we will get away but we did, and felt very safe with the driver at all times. They stooped at all the normal waterfalls on the south coast , but also two extra ones - these were a real highlight as we had to walk to them which was a adventure in itself , with snow up over our knees!! The hostel was clean and tidy, but lacked food due to the weather we didn't get to stop at a supermarket the second day we got to see two Ice Caves ! again going above to see a blue cave and a Black Cave ! , then to top off the trip we got to see the Northern Lights on the way back to the capital. The guide was funny, full of information and the driver very safe, even when you couldn't see the road !! would book again for this company.
