Great experience

The narrator was great. Easy to understand. Cared about us knowing about northern lights. It was a great experience.

No Northern Lights, which was not the fault of the operator. However, I felt the MC was not being honest. I saw him "take" a picture in the opposite direction of where he said the lights would appear and then show that picture to everyone stating that he had caught the lights on camera. We all understood that it was cloudy and we probably would not see them, no need to make up a "sighting".
Mother Nature’s spectacular show
, Feb 2020
Because of unforeseen circumstances due to the weather. Our sightseeing cruise got postponed twice. Katie was kind enough to call me ahead of time so we didn’t have to go to Reykjavik for nothing. In our 3rd night, we finally got to sail and towards the end of our cruise mother nature showed us the spectacular show we will never forget. During the cruise itself, the staff were very helpful in giving us tips on how to capture the Northern lights on our cameras.

Northern lights

Good trip didn’t see northern lights first time but rebooked for free another night and was lucky to see them.
We saw the northern lights
, Jan 2020
The cruise was good and we were lucky enough to see the northern lights. However, the cruise was very long with not much to do other than stand in the cold.
Need to add atmosphere
, Jan 2020
It was ok. Boat was very crowded with not enough places to sit and relax and so was the top deck to stand! We didn’t see the lights but that happens and good return policy. Overall lacked atmosphere & comfort.
No Lights, Neat View
, Jan 2020
It was a neat boat ride, but the guide was often hard to hear. It was a chilly and beautiful night; watched the clouds come and go and a snow storm move in, but no Northern Lights. Attempting to try again but a storm may be grounding the boat.

The boat was comfortable and our guide was hilarious, and always made sure everyone knew exactly where to look. The lights weren’t strong that night but the cruise was lovely anyway, a beautiful view of the city at night.
Excellent cruise

We were so lucky to have a clear night and excellent viewing. Our guide, Annika, was helpful in describing the lights, the sources of the colors, and the necessary settings that we would need for manual cameras. Her knowledge made it easy for me to set up my camera so that I was able to get some great shots of the lights.
