I booked this tour because of the reviews. Surprisingly, our tour was not what I expected. Eric who was our guide was by far the laziest guide I’ve ever had so far. I’ve been travelling for years everywhere. He just tells us minimally where to go, does not talk about the site, and go with us to see.

This was an amazing tour in spite of the windy and snowy weather conditions. The tour operator modified the itinerary and route but one of the mountain passes still closed. Therefore she took us around the Reykjanes western peninsula back to Reykjavik along the Atlantic Ocean. The scenery was totally awesome. The lava fields were similar to the moon scape, Well worth it in spite of the weather conditions.

The Golden Circle day tour is a must for a first-time visitor to Iceland. The geysers, the meeting of the tectonic plates and the beautiful waterfall, Gullfoss are the highlights. You also get to visit a sustainable farm where tomatoes are grown ten feet tall in hothouses. All energy is renewable. I was really impressed with the staff when my traveling companion left her purse at one stop and they got it to her before the end of the day. Nothing was missing from the purse or the tour.

Great Tour ! Wish they had spent more time T the lovely Falls rather than at the Tomato farm which seems to be a tourist trap. Overall the trip was good.

Amazing tour, plenty of stops along the way and more than enough time at each location. Tour guides are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Busses are equipped with USB ports so you can charge your phones which i needed to do as I took way too many photos and drained my battery

The tour started off very dramatically with us being stranded on the motorway in a snowstorm as a lorry had jackknifed in front of us however once the lorry was moved we made our way to the geyser which performed quite spectacularly. The snowfall had made scenery beautiful and dramatic and the waterfall at Gullfoss was well worth the visit. It was a pity that we did not get to visit the Frioheimar greenhouse cultivation center due to the delay but the National park made up for that. All in all this was a tour not to be missed

Pickup Abholung zum BSI in Reykjavik...
kerstinho

Also selber durchkämpfen. Pingvellir kaum Erklärung Laufen von Parkplatz 1 zu Parkplatz 2. Das war der gesamte Eindruck von Pingvellir. Schade..
