Our driver and tour guide were excellent.im not a big museum guy.especially art.our guide made it interesting even for me.he was also extremely knowledgeable so my wife who is very into art was happy.all and all would use them again.

Very knowledgeable guide and jumping the lines is a Must; even in "off-season", the lines were incredibly long - we walked right up to the front each time. However, our time at the Vatican was way too short, we literally rushed through St. Paul's in les than 10 minutes and had no time to observe & ask questions.

Maria did a phenomenal job with our tour through Rome! She was very attentive and informational about the history and meaning of the different attractions we visited. She never lacked being able to explain things to us for every detail question we brought up to her. Definitely a great guide and lady!

With Sergio as our excellent driver and Bea as our wonderful guide, we had a terrific day in Rome. We started at 7:30 when Sergio picked us up ship side and finished at 4:30 when we were delivered back to the ship. We did stop for lunch after touring the Parthenon and Colosseum and then continued on the Vatican. This is a long day and requires quite a bit of walking. My husband, who is not much of a walker was beyond exhausted at the end of the day. the tour was very informative.

I booked this for my parents and 3 other senior citizen couples and they loved it!! The guide was very engaging and informative, and most importantly patience. The vans were always ready to go. Perfect for a cruise stop!! Maximized time in a city with a lot to see

My family and I (husband and 2 sons ages 11 and 15 and mother in law in a wheelchair) had a perfect day with our tour team of Sergio and Alessandra. Sergio, the driver, arrived right on time and the Mercedes van was clean and air conditioned. He was pleasant and friendly and very informative. Alessandra, the guide, was incredible. THE best guide in Rome!!! She has so much historical knowledge and education that she brings to the tour. They worked so well together. Alessandra would show us around and tell us everything we needed to know about whatever we were looking at, and answer all our questions. Then she would call Sergio and within moments he was there to pick us up!!! I cannot say enough good things about them. They were so helpful and caring with my elderly mother in law as well. Don’t hesitate to book this - best money that we spent on our cruise. Rome was by far our favorite port - and it is entirely because of Sergio and Alessandra! Grazie!!!!

Our driver was Stefano, not Santino. (oops -- so many tours in so little time) Anyway, he was awesome. Thanks again for a great day in Rome!

We were extremely pleased with our tour guide Francesca and our driver, Santino. It was hot and crowded everywhere, but Francesca was a PRO at keeping us on the move. We had barely enough time to see everything and I was concerned that I may have scheduled too many stops in too few hours, but we saw everything on our list and made it back to our ship in plenty of time. 3 of the Disney bus excursions into Rome were HOURS late getting back to the ship, so we really appreciated that we were safely delivered on time (in spite of the traffic that held up the busses) and did not have to stress about missing the all aboard time. Francesca and Santino worked perfectly as a team, and Santino was always right there waiting for us when we were finished sightseeing. Francesca was infinitely knowledgeable, and I considered having a bilingual guide invaluable, as she was able to speak to us fluently in English and also handle every situation we encountered with her native Italian. Beyond that, she is colorful and entertaining. She's also a mom, so she was not at all put out by my whining 9, and 12-year-olds or my disinterested 14 and 17-year-olds. I would absolutely recommend this trip without hesitation, especially if you have a tight schedule, younger children, or just appreciate getting the VIP treatment.

Our tour guide Nicola and driver Daniel were excellent! This was an amazing day that was so worth the money. It was about the same price as the excursion that the cruise had available, but we had a private tour guide and a driver that picked us up and dropped us off right at the door of all the attractions. It was very hot the day we were in Rome and it was great not to have to walk in the blazing sun to get to all the attractions. Nicola was very knowledgeable and kept us moving along so we could see everything, while giving us lots of interesting information. Definitely one of the highlights of the trip.
