Great insight :)

Our tour guide Gregorio was amazing! My boyfriend had a lot of questions about life in Tijuana and he was very informative. The food was sooo good! Once our tour was ending our tour let us know of some good spots to check out. He was great!
Great experience with Tadeo

Tadeo was very knowledgeable and fun to hang out with for the afternoon. The food was good. I don't drink but they had an option for me at the place that served margaritas. We had to meet on the Mexico side but it was really easy to cross the pedestrian entrance and he was waiting 50 feet away from the exit gate.

Me and my wife’s first trip to Mexico, and definitely not our last. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. It was a trip worth taking. Tijuana is a very beautiful place with a lot of history.

Day Trip to Tijuana
, Aug 2021
Tadeo was an excellent guide and made the trip interesting and fun. He was very informative on Tijuana and its history. We didn't give the trip 5 stars because (1) we found out the day prior that we would have to cross the border by ourselves without a guide and (2) this is a walking tour and could be quite strenuous in the heat. The information provided when booking was misleading - transportation is not provided nor is a guide when crossing the border. (Tadeo did book an Uber to take us back to the border after the tour, thank you, Tadeo)

Our tour guide did not meet us on the U.s. side they said due to COVID. The information said transportation included we ended walking miles everywhere the whole tour. not what I anticipated. I would have gave one but the tour guid was knowledgeable. I didn’t stay for the whole tour not even for the Margaritas and tacos!
Great and safe experience

We had a great experience with Victor! He made us feel very safe, and took us to some great spots that didn’t feel touristy. The food and drink spots we were taken too were great, you get so much with this tour! Highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants to check out Tijuana in a safe and fun manner. Thank you Victor so much!

It was such a great experience. Our guides, Tadeo and Victor were very knowledgeable, informational and professional. Took us to a lot of nice photo spots and took pictures for us. All the eating and drinking places were great as well. I also felt very safe during the trip b/c they kept checking on how we were doing.. I really appreciate all of their helps.
Tadeo was the best! Tijuana is awesome!

Tadeo was our tour guide and he was AMAZING! We had such a great day. We learned a lot of history, ate yummy food, and had some great drinks. Tadeo was friendly, funny, and full of information. He made our family feel welcome. He was also understanding of our 3 year olds behavior😊 I would definitely recommend.

I never even started the tour. I followed all of the instructions as stated in the confirmation email. I was a 1/2 early waiting in front of McDonald’s at the border. The tour was supposed to start at 1:00 and I got to the correct pickup point at 12:30. No one showed and at 12:50 I called Viator and left a message and never heard back. A few minutes later I got a text from the tour guide telling me to meet on the Mexican side so i drove across, however, he forgot to mention to take the foot path. I texted him when I got across, they let me park at immigration, and he said I had to come to the foot path which was 4.2 miles away from my location. The only way I could get to where they were was to cross back over, park, and find the foot path- I had never been to Tijuana before and that is why I booked the tour. I don’t think he had been there either because he told me to hail a taxi or call an Uber which are non existent at the border. I asked him to give me the address in Tijuana and I could meet them there and he gave me the name of an app to put on my phone. I then tried to cross back, but the line to get back in was very long. I texted him and told him I was on my way, but he said out of respect to the others he couldn’t wait. I am back home in Fla. now and still totally disappointed that a tour guide is allowed to alter a plan at the last minute and that Viator permits this to happen. He kept saying he tried to call and I kept telling him at the border I had no service. In addition to wasting an entire day of my vacation I am now getting charged for additional texts. At the very least I want a refund.
