Worst trip ever

We went for this tour, however it was a disaster for us. Driver brought a small sedan car for 5 people including himself. Entire journey was uncomfortable. I complained to viator but no action taken.
There were no wine tours included in the trip. Every place we went asked for prior reservation which was not done by viator. We had to visit the winery from outside. There was one cheap 5$ wine testing included.
Driver was on phone the entire time.
Overall it was very bad experience. I would never make any bookings through viator again.
