Meet your captain and first mate at Pier 39 in the early evening for a relaxing cruise on the San Francisco Bay. Get checked in and board the Privateer, your sailboat for the evening. The boat can carry 28 passengers total, so your group won’t be too big. Also, keep in mind you get to enjoy two beverages along the way.

Set sail and journey out past Alcatraz and Angel Island on the calm waters where you can catch awesome views of the Bay Bridge from your vantage point. Your peaceful voyage continues as you get closer to Marin and Sausalito. The green landscape of Marin County and picturesque view of the city of Sausalito look stunning under the illumination from the setting sun.

Next up, see the iconic Golden Gate Bridge with a lovely red-orange sunset in the background—a prime time for photo ops. As you head back towards Pier 39, which is where your boat ride will end, take a look at how the San Francisco waterfront begins to light up and sparkle. It’s the perfect ending to your night.

I was highly disappointed. I paid $520.00 for 4 of us. This was for my moms birthday and I was expecting more for the money I spent. We will not be doing this again. I do not recommend it at all😳

We had a great time it was an amazing way to see San Francisco and some of the islands. Alcatraz was closed so that was cool seeing it close too. The guys were super friendly and knew some history facts.

Very nice tour of the Bay and going under the GG Bridge. As others have said - it's cold! so come prepared. Tour was late starting and directions to the Dock are not great at the Pier but overall a nice sail.

Expected to hear something about San Francisco but didn’t. This was a nice boat trip, but really expected more interaction by the crew. If you’re looking for a relaxed and quiet ride, this will do it.

Went on the sunset cruise for my brother's birthday in August. Summer SF weather was certainly in full force, but we had a great time! The captain and first mate were both amazing! Everyone had a great time and I will definitely go again!

I took my girlfriend and I to this sail and I can honestly say it is one of the highlights of our trip to san fran, the crew was very nice and helpful, and the complimentary drinks were great. Bring a heavy sweater or a coat however as the wind is cold and the boat may occasionally lightly splash you with sea water.

Had a great time! The captain and first mate were very friendly and knowledgeable! Weather was good which can be questionable in the SF Bay!

We had a fantastic experience. The crew so kind to my children, explained how a sailboat works and where we could sit outside to enjoy the most of the trip. There was no fuss around lengthy safety etc, they just got on with it, wasted no time. I would highly recommend this trip, the highlight of our holiday in San Francisco and we plan to do it again next year and bring whole family. Well worth the price.

Saw beautiful fog bank rolling on over Sausalito and nice views of Alcatraz. Too much fog to see the Golden Gate Bridge or the sunset though.
