My tour guide, Ro, was super great! You could tell he loves San Francisco and the surrounding areas! Muir Woods, was amazing! Alcatraz was pretty cool, too, but because of Covid, we weren’t allowed to get into some buildings to get the whole experience. No tour guide provided either.

We're so glad that you enjoyed your tour with Ro! We also apologize for how the Alcatraz experience changed due to the pandemic. Hopefully, we will be able to help you enjoy the whole Alcatraz experience once the pandemic ends! Thank you, Dylan

A must do trip
Cecelia
, Oct 2020
The tour is absolutely amazing. Our guide Rolando wish one of the best guides ever. So knowledgeable about the city, we saw so much. The only complaint it that the tour included a trip to Alcatraz island (phenomenal views) our car was left at the pickup spot which is different from the drop off location. That should have been explained when we got the tickets that those were separate events by different companies. We had to Uber back to our car after a long day of sightseeing it could have been handled better. The only sore spot the city tour and Muir Woods was great. We felt like we had plenty of time not rushing from place to place. It a great way to see the city for the first time or anytime.

Hello! We're so glad that you were able to enjoy our tour experience - we're definitely happy to have Rolando on our team as well. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience you encountered and will take note to improve our service better. Thank you so much for leaving a great review with points that we need to improve on. We will definitely take them into serious consideration. Thank you, Dylan

We loved this tour. Our tour guide Aaron was AWESOME! Very knowledgeable and so much fun. Great driver and we learned a lot about San Fransico in one day. We were able to choose a restaurant on our own for lunch in the town and enjoyed some private time at certain spots. I highly recommend this for any age.

Surprise Sing-a-long!
Mandi L
, Oct 2019
I've been on a lot of these types of tours and this one, by far, has been my favorite. Our driver, Patrick, made the distances go by quickly with a trivia-style sing-a-long of all famous artists who have recorded albums in SF area. If you got it right you got Ghiradelli. All the sights were amazing... it's exactly what I wanted from my tour and more.
