Very informative and lots of fun. The Golden Gate Bridge was awesome and to see the fog roll in on one side and clear in the other was fascinating

Overall tour was good. Bus was comfortable and audio guide was great. The driver was a little rude, though. A little customer service training should help.

We had to wait an hour for a bus at the initial stop. This is Labor Day weekend so I guess that must be taken into consideration. There was no AC in the bus and it was very warm. No one told us the channel for the recorded tour audio so we had to figure that out. I don’t think the experience was worth $50. However, going over the Golden Gage bridge while seated on top of the bus was a great experience.

Wonderful

Having the headphones to be able to hear all the information given. It was wonderful to see SF and to know exactly what I was seeing. Hearing the history of the city was also so interesting. If I ever get back to this beautiful city, I'll spend more time using the off and on part of the experience. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting SF.

Great way to see everything, crowded

The concept is really cool however, too many tickets are sold for this which causes over crowding of busses. We had to stand in the aisle of one of the buses it was so crowded. Of the 4 times we got on the bus, we were only able to actually sit on the top once. The buses need to be worked on. They do not have air flow on the bottom. One of them made this awful screeching sound the entire time we were on it.

Bring a down jacket!

I enjoyed the DeYoung museum best and my friend liked the GG bridge the most. The Japanese gardens and tea room were great too. Had a little pot of tea and some miso soup. Perfect. Wish I had a puffy jacket and beanie hat along for the ride outside. Next time I will layer up.

Great for first timers

This is a great point to start from especially if you are new to the city. This tour stops at all the touristy locations where you can hop off and see the place in person. On the first day trip, I sat on the bus to see where all the bus covers. On the second day, I got off at locations of my interest. The tour guides were patient and courteous.
