“Night” Bus tour

Could’ve definitely been better. It didn’t last 2 hours like mentioned. It was freezing cold (which they cannot control) but it’s more of a evening bus tour even though it’s at 6:30. Nothing was even lit up in the city.

The Bus Tour was great although we weren’t ready for this cold weather! 5 Stars for the Tour but 0 Stars for this Viator company. I was directed 99 Jefferson St for pickup and almost missed the bus because that wasn’t the appropriate place to catch the bus. My mom and I had to rush to the bus which was rough on my moms knees due to having knee replacements. You guys have this option of messaging the driver and no one responded. The phone number on the site didn’t work, so had I missed the tour bus because of terrible direction, I wouldn’t have had any way to dispute the charge for the trip.

Had good and bad

They don’t really disclose if you sit on bottom you basically see nothing which is what we did. Also the only window left had moisture and something between panes so was almost impossible to see out of unless you put your nose to the window. The guide was great and we opted to ride back to Union Square which Gabe a bit more tour and put us right by hotel which was an unexpected surprise.

We had a conflict with scheduling, and I tried to cancel my tour 27 hours before my tour was scheduled. I was denied a refund even though the email confirmation said that I could cancel 24 hours in advance. So I wasted $35, so not happy.

Saturday Night Live on Wheels with Blake!

Signed up for having something to do on a Saturday night in San Francisco. Also, my husband’s birthday so wanted to do something. As it got closer to the day to go was going to skip it. So glad you went. Blake made it fun! Lawrence was a great driver! Blake made us laugh. It was not that lecture style tour but still got all sorts of great historical info.
