A few things that drove the score down. 1. The meeting place we were told hasn't been open in over a year. We had to scramble the last minute trying to coordinate with someone to find out where we were suppose to meet. 2. The tour guide seemed to be Autistic or ADD. He even said the "F" word several times. Seemed rather odd, but he was trying. 3. Not worth the $100 plus $20 tip I paid.

Hi there Sorry about the meeting place mix-up. In the pandemic we have had many changes and this wrong address being on your voucher was overlooked. I will speak to Adam about cursing. He is a sought-after tour guide so this comes as a surprise. In any case if he or anyone is neuro-atypical, we are Ok with that, and don't discriminate against folks. Sincerely, Andrew
