Would not recommend this company to anyone. I was sceptical when I booked as there wasn't a cancellation option although I stupidly went ahead and booked a one way transfer from airport to hotel as the car was going to accommodate my needs with passengers and luggage. Unfortunately we didn't clear customs until 2 hours after our flight landed due to the busy time of year we travelled and our the driver that was assigned the job, could not wait that long as he had another job to get to. I contacted the company in much disappointment and asked if they would kindly refund our money back although this request was not granted...all they could offer was a 25% discount on another one way trip if we needed it. Of course I declined their offer and made my own arrangements through the hotel. I'm lucky I didn't book a return with them when I first initially booked. Money down the drain.

Maria, after our thorough investigation of your review, we came to the conclusion that it is completely untruthful, and we have proof of that. We would highly recommend that you go back, again, and read our product information you had purchased. It is clearly indicated that the duration of the service you purchased was 45 minutes only. On top of that, we provided you with a complementary 1 hour wait time. Your pick up time was booked by you for 12:25 pm, and our driver arrived for over 10 minutes early, with a welcoming text sent to you at 12:04 pm, which you hadn’t replied to until 2h 16m later. Due to you going through more things at the airport, you’ve made our driver wait for you at the total of 4+ hours according to our text message records. At exactly 4:30 pm, you had the decency to call and say that you were ready for pick-up. As a reminder, you had only paid for a 45 minute duration, not the entire day. We hope you realize that you weren’t our only customer on that day. We’ve waited for you for as long as we could, but we had other pick-ups scheduled. And yes, we did offer you a 25% discount for the way back as a courtesy, but you ignored it. All of our customers are happy with our services, so we politely ask that you remove your untruthful negative response from our page.
