Pickup Details

We provide FREE hotel pick ups within town limits. If you are not sure, please book the regular rate and contact us with your hotel details. An ADDITIONAL FEE is CHARGED for hotel pickups that ARE NOT within town limits. Hotel pickup commences 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. If you do not need the service, our meet up point is at Tukans office on 29 Burns Avenue, San Ignacio, Beneath the Venus Hotel. Early departures are possible as soon as all passengers have boarded. If a flight is delayed we may leave later than scheduled as we wait for the other passengers to arrive. IF YOU NEED TO TRAVEL AT A SPECIFIC TIME, WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO BOOK THE PRIVATE SHUTTLE. Please note that you are allowed to 1 suitcase and 1 carry on per person.
