Thought it was an average tour. Wish busses were a bit nicer and had a speaker with bus driver talking instead of recorded message. Or maybe more detailed recorded message. Busses were on time and we had no troubles getting on one and continuing the tour. All in all it was a good experience just not Incredible to get 5 stars.

we were a group of 12. A waste of our money. We rode it standing in a crowded bus with zero visibility what so ever. we did two stops. The rest of our day was walking bc every time we waited it took forever to arrive... certainly not 30 minutes. Never will I recommend this bus.

This was a disaster a total waste of money, I was able to get in one single time. The other times u waited and waited and no bus came. I would love to speak to someone to get a refund. This is very disorganized and a total waste of money. I would never ever buy this again. I feel my money was stolen right from under me. I would be ashamed to be a company promoting this service. You guys got us good. We are 12 people so you made a pretty good penny off of us. SHAME ON YOU

We believe we have been duped. Booked this bus just to not have any buses anywhere at ANY stops for us to get on. We went to several stops by walking, which defeats the purpose of the bus at this point, and waited for a bus. We also went to the ticket booth @ pier 54/55 and there was no one there. So needless to say, we never used the bus at all and requested a refund.

The bus never came to one of our stops so we ended up walking up to the next stop. We found out later that the bus driver was delayed. So we got off at the next stop and when we were ready to get back on the bus turned at the street before us, got stuck on the hill that he wasn’t supposed to be on, backed down the hill, while we were waving to him. Then he proceeded to pass our stop while we were standing right next to the sign. We ended up having to Uber back at our own cost and that ended our day. Not happily.

the bus was convenient for people visiting and didn’t want to drive to all the tourist places. it was great to see from the road all the places we didn’t visit and hear some seattle history. however our driver did not stop to let people off at every stop so if we were not paying attention we would have missed our stop.

My wife and I have ridden many city tour bus rides in cities across the country. This was by far the most disappointing ride. The tour had a recorded narrative that was not in sync with the bus’s location. This caused us to miss some great opportunities for pictures. The most disappointing aspect was the timing of catching a bus after hopping off. We waited for one hour and 27 minutes for a bus at the Fish Market stop. Also, almost all the stops have no signs or markings as to where the bus stops. Definitely not work the time or money. I suggest you find another tour opportunity.
