We used Grand Cayman Shared Airport Transfer for pick up from the airport and return to the airport. Both drivers were very pleasant and on time. We would definitely use again if we return to the island.

Ride from airport very good. Return trip pick up never showed up at the hotel. I had to rent a cab quickly to make my flight home !! Was due I’m told of garbage dump burning !!

Dear William, thank you for your review. We are sadden to hear that you had to cab back to the airport. Unfortunately, the situation with the fire at the GT landfill and half of the island being covered in smoke caused a lot of congestion on the roads, making it extremely difficult for our drivers to get to and from some hotels on time despite all efforts. No one saw this coming so we weren't prepared. I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. We hope to see you return to Grand Cayman real soon :)

On time and the staff very friendly and helpful. only negative is that no one at the airport (even the driver) knew the name Viator. they go by Amvivo. maybe they just didn't understand my accent???? would use again.
