IT is a good price for what you get

Was a very nice tour, this is the second time I got into the trolleys. You have the chance to visit different places according you interest like museums, distillery, chocolate factory, church and more. The driver of the trolley was a little rude and annoying repeating constantly rules of safety and security and it is understandable because people get in an out of the trolley in different stops. But also she mentioned to keep their conversations to a minimum or in a whisper tone in this way everybody can listen what she was saying, well here it is where things got a little bit out of hand, when you have children, when you have tourist in general, families, friends in general it is hard to be like a mime to please the driver, she was rude with people letting her know about this inclusive turn around and the way how she approached a couple behind her to be quiet was rude. This tour it is very nice if you have limitation from walking because you can stay all the time on the trolley and don't get out and would be around 1 hour and a half. And if you have electric scooter, overweight, handicap they are excellent in accommodate your needs highly recommended

Disappointed. We exited the trolley at The Shipwreck museum only to be told it does not open until July 1. We got off at the chocolate factory to be told we needed reservations for the tour. Long wait for trolley at that location since other trolleys were filled.

Easy and convenient to see Saint Augustine and get off where you choose. Seats could be more comfortable like the ones in Europe but overall good.

Disappointed

Typically the tours are great; super convenient, informative and fun. I personally have done these tours probably a dozen times over the last 20 years. First off our driver, Summer needs some help with interacting with guests. There were some off color comments made to a guest getting off where she very loudly asked, “what you don’t like me!?”. Also needs some work with her annunciation and general story telling. On top of this, when it started to rain we continued the tour, which I guess makes sense, but then it started to downpour in a very active thunderstorm, and the streets started to flood. Cars were driving by and soaking the passengers like we were on a log flume ride. In all honesty it seemed a little dangerous for dispatchers to not call all cars back. This was not a typical fl storm, this was way worse and was not treated as such. Disappointed in their service this time around.
