Okay if you have smaller children

Nothing wrong...I liked how everything was laid out ....especially the “jellies” and the hands on experiences but I thought that it would be more diverse climate fish...it mainly concentrated on Florida and not other areas of the world... 3D theater was such a disappointment. The 3D glasses made it difficult to enjoy the true 3D experience.

The aquarium was very clean and traffic flow was organized to enhance social distancing. We were able to see everything and did not feel rushed or crowded.

Better suited for younger children. Takes about 1.5 hours to complete. The touch areas were educational.

Wonderful aquarium

The Takoa Aquarium is a gem and a must when visiting Tampa. Good for all ages. We have younger children and they loved this, as did myself and my husband. 2-3 hours do the trick and there is a splash zone outdoors so bring towel and suit so the kiddos can cool off. Snacks are well priced (ice creams range from $2-$5 each). Onlince tickets are best way to go if able to do advanced purchase. Local hotels typically have discounts too if you're staying in Tampa. Right near the cruise ships so parking lot is secure and easy to access. $6/day which is reasonable.

Great but read up on it. Kids can wear swimsuits and play in the water area etc. Food OK. Loud and kid friendly. Take your time going through...I saw people that just rushed through and you miss things above and below. be prepared for screaming kids and humidity. Great town.

Never knew there were so many fish...

Never knew there were so many fish in the world. Your visit here makes Sea World redundant. I was impressed with the size of the aquarium as I assumed Tampa would not have such a good facility.
