    Unfortunately we were unable to go to our scheduled slot with Chef Massimo. We got lost on the highway and couldn't turn off to Taomina. However, the whole time he was on the phone, guiding us. And was so lovely and gave us a refund for the class. If his attention and care in this instance is any indication - his class must be absolutely amazing.

    One of the highlights of our trip. Massimo is incredibly knowledgeable and funny, you’ll get a sincere and insightful view on the whole process of choosing, cooking and eating Sicilian food. Him and Munir make you feel at home and give you all kinds of recommendations even for when you leave the class. Totally recommended!

    This is an absolute must! Chef Massimo was incredible. We started at the market and hand picked items on our menu then went back to a kitchen/restaurant (phenomenal views) where we created everything from start to finish, with the excellence guidance of Massimo. We love making the pasta from scratch and the food tasted excellent. He provided local wines as well. This was definitely one of our favorite highlights of our 2 week vacation in Europe!

He had the patience and skill to prepare simple foods and make them taste as if they came out of a 5 star restaurant. If your passionate about food and learning how to make food selections - Chef Massimo is the right person for you. Thank you Chef for a great day and an exceptional food experience. Your company and great nature was nothing short of fabulous - you treated us all with such respect and passion.
