    At your central Falmouth hotel or the cruise terminal, board the River Gully Express, which will take you through Ocho Rios, Exchange, and White River on the way to River Gully. 

    Make a stop at one of the country's longest-functioning hydroelectric plants, where you'll learn about how wood is used to carry water. Continue to the River Gully rainforest, where you'll see the famous Blue Hole. This natural mineral pool features rocky cliffs perfect for cliff jumping, as well as several gushing waterfalls. You can also opt to explore the underwater caves. 

    Travel deeper into the rainforest to see the Hidden Beauty Rainforest Oasis, then stop at a local craft market. You can also opt for a traditional Jamaican jerk lunch.

    At the end of your time in the rainforest, board the River Gully Express for transportation back to Falmouth.
