The tour that never happened.

I have no issue with catch a crab but Viator allowed us to book a date with them which didn’t exist. Hence we planned this as an activity for one day if our trip and it was a waste of time. I’ve no doubt I’ll get a refund at some point but the whole thing was not good. Turned up to find there was no tour. Just an apologetic guy who was the son of the owner. Clearly wasn’t his fault.

We are sorry you had this experience it was upsetting for us as well, covid and Qld border issues have had severe impacts on the tour schedule we are not able to start up gain for regular tours until the Qld border opens. Unfortunately Viator confirmed your booking without checking with our business.
